Backbends are beautiful, heart-Openinig yoga class. Backbends are great for strengthening, energizes and rejuvenates the body. All backbends poses help keep our spines healthy, flexible and also stretch the hip flexors,chest and shoulders.It also firms the buttocks and thighs.Stimulates the abdominal organs and improves digestion.
