Hatha Yoga(advance) is a hybrid form of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. It is also considered as a hybrid form of vinyasa yoga, a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner and linking movement with the breath is a primary focus.
The physical practice will focus on creating a strong foundation, flowing with the breath, focusing the mind, feeling from within and finding ease in the pose. It would be based on vigorous intensity. Though no experience necessary, some prior yoga experience, or good body awareness is recommended.
