Yoga Stress Relief

Join our Yoga for Stress Relief class to relax your body, release your tension and rejuvenate your energy. Yoga stress relief uses props to maintain balance in your body, while stimulating and relaxing it. This class will eliminate your fatigue and stress that results from daily activities. INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Yoga Stretch

Specially selected poses that seek to improve flexibility, increase mobility, and reduces stress. Opens, lengthens, strengthens, relaxes and heals the connective tissues of the body.

Hatha Yoga

Considered the foundational and most complete form of yoga. It is suitable for all levels, bringing together strength, balance, and flexibility. Incorporating the science of breathing (pranayama) and synchronization on physical poses (asana), it helps to reduce stress, burn calories and reduce weight.

Dianamic Yoga

Diana’s own creation, where she choreographs a holistic workout to promote physical balance and mental focus. She leads the class with a series of specially designed stretches, followed by flowing balancing poses featuring synchronized breathing and smooth transitions.

Yogalates

An original workout combining Pilates poses with yoga breathing, designed to develop the core and strengthen the back.

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga has that healing which teaches us value of joining and sharing with others. Partner rely on each others’ support to maintain correct body alignment, balance and focus in a posture. With physical support you experience a yoga posture differently as you allow yourself to trust your partner during practice.

Ashtanga Yoga

A dynamic and vigorous style that combines synchronization of the breath with a powerful sequence of poses. The internal heat and sweat generated help to detoxify the body. Ideal for people who want a challenge, develop advanced fitness, and lose weight.

ADVANCED CLASSES

Vinyasa Yoga

A powerful series of flowing and jumping movements. Suitable for those who are looking for a more challenging cardiovascular workout, focusing on building strength, endurance, and effective weight loss.

Hatha Multi

A variation of our Hatha class that involves advanced postures.
